Expanded Partnership with Google Cloud | Zero Trust Security
Cloud-based solutions have become essential to how we work and play in the digital era. Many organizations continue their rapid embrace of cloud-based solutions to enable their employees the flexibility to work from anywhere. Cloud spending this year could hit $332 billion, up 23% from 2020, according to a forecast by Gartner, Inc. 1 The cloud has raised our expectations regarding productivity as organizations view the cloud as a true engine of competitive advantage.
With so much available at the tap of a finger, your employees have come to expect an effortless connection each time they attempt to access work data – regardless of the device they choose to use or their location. A Zero Trust security strategy will ensure that organizations can enforce user and context-aware controls to secure access to applications hosted at any location.
Today, I’m excited to announce Lookout has entered into an expanded partnership with Google Cloud to deliver endpoint-to-cloud security to organizations around the world. As part of our partnership with Google, we have delivered BeyondCorp Alliance product integrations and debuted the Lookout Mobile Endpoint Security solution on Google Cloud Marketplace. In recognition of our expertise and leadership in endpoint-to-cloud security, Lookout has achieved Premier Partner Status within the Google Cloud Partner Advantage Program.
In early 2019, Lookout joined the BeyondCorp Alliance, a group of Google partners that share its Zero Trust vision. Lookout delivers essential requirements of the BeyondCorp security model, including device inventory, state, and security posture. These are essential to making context-aware Zero Trust access decisions.

The Lookout and Google BeyondCorp Integration with Google Workspace and Google Cloud Platform to deliver Zero Trust security from endpoint to cloud is now available
For an organization to fully protect its data, it must assume no endpoint is trustworthy until its security posture is verified. Failing to verify and continuously assess an endpoint’s security posture can lead to corporate data leaks and breaches.
Lookout Continuous Conditional Access continuously assesses the security posture of Android, ChromeOS and iOS endpoints, and delivers it via API to Google Workspace or Google Cloud’s BeyondCorp Enterprise enabling dynamic modification of access controls.
In October 2020, we announced an integration of our Continuous Conditional Access solution with Google Cloud Identity to deliver Zero Trust security from endpoint to cloud. Today, this integration is available for cloud customers to protect corporate data in Google Cloud’s BeyondCorp Enterprise and Google Workspace applications including Drive, Docs, Sheets and Slides.
Our Continuous Conditional Access capability is part of the Modern Endpoint Protection module of the Lookout Mobile Endpoint Security platform and is available in the Lookout Essentials package.
Lookout Mobile Endpoint Security is now available on Google Cloud Marketplace
Under a single billing arrangement and using Google Cloud committed spend, Google Cloud customers can now purchase Lookout Mobile Endpoint Security on Google Cloud Marketplace.
The widespread adoption of Chromebooks, tablets and smartphones has changed the way corporate data is accessed and stored. This, coupled with the shift to remote work, has accelerated the use of Google Cloud and Google Workspace, making mobile security critical to securing corporate data.
Lookout Mobile Endpoint Security is the only solution built for mobile from the ground up by applying artificial intelligence to telemetry data from nearly 215 million devices and over 269 million apps.
Enabling productivity from any endpoint in any location is critical in today’s remote work environment
As a BeyondCorp Alliance partner, we are thrilled to continue accelerating the adoption of a Zero Trust model that enables organizations to stay secure, agile, and productive. With the integration of Lookout Mobile Endpoint Security and Google Cloud Identity, customers can protect their data in Google Workspace regardless of the device an employee uses.
Together, we will empower more organizations to securely access Google Workspace and mitigate the risk of endpoints compromising corporate data.
